Sustainability
Our planet is close to our hearts and for years we have been committed to the careful and responsible use of environmental resources. Due to our emphasis on ecological issues, in 2009 we obtained the 'Ecocamping' label which allows us to constantly monitor the evolution of the ratio of overnight stays, waste and consumption.
In 2024, we took a further step forward by obtaining the declaration of compliance with reference to the CSR Report (Corporate Social Responsibility), carried out in collaboration with the Camera di Commercio, SUPSI and the Canton Ticino. This report assesses the social, ethical and environmental impact of corporate activities, contributing to sustainable development and inspired by the principles of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. We are proud to have achieved an excellent score of 28/30, a testament to our commitment to increasingly responsible tourism.

The environment in which we find ourselves
The Bolle di Magadino nature reserve, a wetland of international importance, is a valuable refuge for numerous animal and plant species that have become rare throughout Europe due to the systematic destruction of natural habitats. We make our guests aware of the nature area and inform them that access via the lake to the Bolle di Magadino nature reserve, along the Verzasca River and along the Ticino River is prohibited.
In addition, the Verzasca River embankment has been restored following the dictates of "bio-engineering," which has allowed optimal integration into the landscape of the Bolle di Magadino protected area and the regeneration of fish in a natural way.
