Is it possible to camp with a group, school class or if we are under age?

Unfortunately we do not accept groups and under aged on our campsite.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed.

What do I have to pay at the time of booking? When do I pay the rest? If I don't have a credit card, how can I pay the deposit?

A deposit of 50% of the cost of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The rest can be paid at the end of your stay during check-out.

If you do not have a credit card, you can make your reservation using the "bank transfer" method and pay within 3 days.

Is Wi-Fi available on the whole campsite?

We have Wi-Fi internet on all the camping site.

Which instrument of payement are allowed on your campingplace?

On the campingplace are only Swiss Francs allowed (CHF). At the reception you can also pay or change Euro, debit card, postcard, visa, master card, Reka Checks ord Reka Cards.

How big are your pitches?

Our pitches have an average size of 90 m2. The larger pitches in red lines 47 and 48 measure between 110-120 m2.

I have got one big camper (10 meters long). Do I find availability at your campsite?

Yes. Camper higher than 3.20 meters can occupy one pitch only in the red rows 47 and 48.

We are two couples and want to come to you with 1 car and two small tents. Can we hire only 1 pitch?

Unfortunately no. As per camping regolamentation and camping law one pitch can be occupied by maximal 1 tent,

What are the reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times like?

Camping:
Check-in: from 1pm to 10pm
Check-out: from 07.30am to 11am

Housing units:
Check-in: from 4pm to 10pm
Check-out: 07.30am to 09.30am

Hotel Check-in during low season: from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Hotel Check-in during high season: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Hotel Check-out: from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM 

Apartment Check-in during low season: from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Apartment Check-in during high season: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Apartment Check-out: from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Self check-in outside the specified hours is possible with prior arrangement!

We will travel by train. How far is your campsite from the station?

The railway station is distant 1.5 km to our campsite. During the all season there is a regular connection by a regional bus line (terminal bus stop Tenero Brere). In the two summer months there july and august is a extra shuttle bus service (however not so many journey per day).

How can I reserve a specific place: pitch number or unit number?

By making a reservation you have the right to reserve a category; the pitch/unit number is assigned on arrival.

From 26^th of June 2023 you will be able to select a pitch or bungalow number for all bookings against payment (CHF 35.00) and subject to availability. You can enter the desired number and it will be guaranteed upon confirmation.

I have already reserved but will make a late arrival or early departure.

How can I obtain the digital Ticino Ticket?

To obtain the Ticino Ticket in digital format, you need to have an email address and a smartphone. You will receive a link via email two days before your arrival. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive your ticket by email, and it will be valid from your check-in.

Thanks to Ticino Ticket you can use all public transport free of charge for the entire duration of your stay, benefit from discounts on ski lifts, boats in the Swiss lakes and the main tourist attractions throughout the Canton.
